Reweaving the Womb: Return to the Waters

A Day-Long Retreat with Dr. Jessica Sweet
Sunday, January 18 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In the deep quiet of winter and at the threshold of a new year, we gather to rest, restore, and remember the waters within.

Reweaving the Womb: Return to the Waters is a ceremonial, day-long retreat designed for women and/or womb-holders who are ready to replenish Yin, nourish their creative essence, and begin the new year from a grounded and regenerative place.

Through movement, bodywork, herbal ritual, and artistic expression, we honor the Water element—the kidneys, womb, and creative flow—as guides for renewal and vitality in the year to come.

Led by Dr. Jessica Sweet, this experience weaves Qigong, somatic practice, herbal medicine, self-moxa, watercolor exploration, and embodied astrology into a restorative field of remembrance.

Together, we’ll explore the elemental and astrological themes of 2026, both Western and Chinese, so our New Moon intentions extend beyond this moment and root deeply into the year ahead.

You will be witnessed. You will be nourished.
